From private events to Design Your Own Board ladies’ night experiences, The Charcuterie Muse blends creativity, flavor, and fun into every gathering.
Clarence is a retired Chef with 25+ years of experience preparing and styling food in the restaurant industry. He has received numerous awards for his St. Louis style ribs.
Clarence brings his passion for authentic, mouth-watering barbecue to festivals and community events across the Twin Cities through his catering business, Corner Boy BBQ. You can find him firing up flavor at local favorites like Grand Old Days, Southside Festival, Rondo Days, and May Days, serving up crowd-pleasing dishes that celebrate good food, good company, and community spirit.
Lisa Castile is an Artisan Board Creator and Workshop Host and the creative force behind The Charcuterie Muse, established in 2020. Drawing on her experience as an Independent Consultant with Pampered Chef, Lisa brings together her love for food, art, and community to inspire others to create stunning, delicious grazing boards.
Through her interactive workshops and beautifully styled displays, Lisa helps guests discover the joy of pairing flavors, textures, and presentation — transforming simple ingredients into edible art. Her mission is to make entertaining approachable, memorable, and fun, one board at a time.
